Return & Exchange Procedure:


  1. If you have any issue with the items such as (Send an email to us at info@tangan.co or send a message to our customer service through Whatsapp regarding the issues (damaged on delivery, defects, sizing, etc). Please also attach photos to help us understand the issue and to take action in advance before your item arrives at our studio.

  2. You have 2 options to get the item back to us.
    • Deliver to TANGAN Studio, Grand Wijaya Center Blok G 9-11 4th Floor, Jl. Wijaya II, RT.6/RW.1, Pulo, Kec. Kby. Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12160
    • We can arrange a courier to collect your goods. Please include your address on the email for us to deliver the products.

  3. This policy only applies within maximum 1 day after the package is received by the customer

  4. Please note that customers will be charged with all the shipping payments (Customer to TANGAN Studio and TANGAN Studio to Customer).

Return & Exchange Policy:


  1. The products that are allowed to be exchanged are products that require size change or with the same price (if the items received by the customers has defects or no more stocks).

  2. The items must be unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged and must be returned maximum 1 day after the package is received by the customer and has send a notification through email or Whatsapp including the packaging.

  3. We will exchange your products accordingly within 7 working days.

  4. We cannot accept any claims of damaged or missing items without any proof or evidence. We will file the claim if the customer has a video, unboxing the package.

  5. If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible. (if the correct product is available).

  6. We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 4:
    • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
    • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
    • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
    • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
    • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website andgenerally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
  7. All sale items can not be returned
