If you have any issue with the items such as (Send an email to us at info@tangan.co or send a message to our customer service through Whatsapp regarding the issues (damaged on delivery, defects, sizing, etc). Please also attach photos to help us understand the issue and to take action in advance before your item arrives at our studio.

You have 2 options to get the item back to us.
- Deliver to TANGAN Studio, Grand Wijaya Center Blok G 9-11 4th Floor, Jl. Wijaya II, RT.6/RW.1, Pulo, Kec. Kby. Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12160
- We can arrange a courier to collect your goods. Please include your address on the email for us to deliver the products.
