Are your items ready stock?
Yes, all items are ready stock, unless it is stated otherwise in the description box.

How do I know the product measurement?

What should I do if the package I received has problems or defects?
If you have any queries or issues with your order/product and would like to exchange the product, simply email us at (info@tangan.co) or send as a message through Whatsapp

Can I make any alterations or any customization to the item(s) that I purchase?
Yes, you are able to make alterations and customization to the item(s) that you have purchased. There will be an additional fee, starting from IDR 300.000. Alterations refers to adjustment made in fitting a garment to your size.
You can customize the color or design towards the items that you purchase. Custom color refers to changing the originial color to your chosen color. Design customization refers to changing the original design to your preference design (Example: Short sleeve custom to long sleeve).

How long will it take for my Pre Order purchase to be ready for shipment?
Your Pre Order Purchase will be ready in 20 - 30 business days for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we send with international logistic shipment available depending on your location
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
International shipping may be impacted due to the global COVID-19 / Coronavirus.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. Shipping Method

    We use the following courier services:

    - Domestic: JNE YES

    - International: International logistic available

  2. Shipping Duration

    - Domestic orders: Please allow 3- 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.

    - International orders: Please allow 5 – 15 working days for international shipping (outside Indonesia).

    - PLEASE NOTE that delay might occur during public holidays.

  3. Shipping Schedule

    - When placing your order on our website, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

    - Please allow 2 - 3 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

    - Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

    - PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred.
