Introduction and Acceptance
T A N G A N is owned and operated based in Jakarta, Indonesia. TANGAN reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or replace any of the Policy. Any changes to the Policy can be found at this URL. It is your responsibility to check the Policy periodically for changes. Your use of the Website following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, as both these documents govern your use of the Website. Where you have made a purchase, you are also governed by various policies regarding shopping, shipping, and returns.
In this Policy, a Website visitor or user may be referred to as “you”. When a Website user has created an account and is logged in, they may be referred to as a “Logged-in User”. When a Website user has made a purchase, they may be referred to as a “Client”.

TANGAN is an international online retailer known for its rawness, awkward and imperfection in each design and silhouettes.
As an authorized retailer, TANGAN guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer’s own proof of authenticity.
Given the amount of orders we process each day, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to period of order which by this terms means, every orders will be deliver in 2 weeks after the payment and we got the confirmation of your payment through our email. By this means, each product is purchase by order only.
Pricing and currency are in IDR and USD. If you are accessing our website from within Indonesia, prices will be shown in IDR. If you are accessing our website from the United States and other country, prices will be shown in USD.
International duties and taxes
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.
Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount, or a total sales tax of 14.975%.
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST.
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are subject to 5% GST.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your TANGAN account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.
Please note that the price and currency charged is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.
U.S orders will be charged in USD. Canadian orders will be charged in CAD. Orders shipping to Europe will be charged in Euro. Orders shipping to U.K will be charged in GPB. Finally, all orders shipping outside above mentioned regions will be charged in USD.

We currently accept payment by Visa and MasterCard for International transaction. And via Bank transfer for local customers within Indonesia.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your email account.
Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation from your email confirmation to TANGAN by mentioning your order number.
Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our suppliers. Simply click on the ‘Select a Size’ menu to view all available sizes.
We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision.
Size conversion chart
You can find our size conversion chart by clicking on the ‘View Size Chart’ tab on the product page. Please note that sizing may vary by brand, as well as the product itself, and may not fully match the information shown on the chart. This chart is meant as a general guide only. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding an product’s size will be its exact measurements.
We provide detailed measurements for many of our products online. You can find this information by clicking on the ‘View Size Chart’ tab. Measurements are taken by us as accurately as possible with products lying flat on a table.
